Other rates

• Breakfast buffet : 12 € per person per day extra
• Cot (from 0 to 2 years old): on request, in addition, at 10€ per day, per cot
• 3^rd and 4^th person supplement (in superior rooms and studios): 30 € per day / person
• Dogs accepted (no maximum size) with a supplement of 10 € per dog per night

• Kitchenette closed for all stays of less than 3 nights
• Kitchenette invoiced 30 € for all stays between 3 and 6 nights
• Kitchenette offered for all stays of 7 nights or more

Terms

• Amount of deposit when booking : 30%
• Cancellation on D + 14 : The deposit is refunded
• Cancellation at D - 14 : the deposit is kept by the hotel
• No show and / or early departure : 100% of the booked stay will be due
• Cancellation of a stay scheduled between 01-06 and 30-09: the deposit is refundable for all cancellations received more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. In the event of cancellations received within 30 days : 100% of the stay will be due, billed and debited.
• American Express cards are not accepted by the establishment
